Profile usage limitations #
Profile limitations are upgradable and depend on the selected subscription plan.
- Profile limitations apply to user list, client count, related persons count and file disk size. These limitations can be viewed in the PARTNERsafe platform dashboard.
- One-time screening service is billed separately and depends on the ordered one-time screening package.
- In case if the profile expiry date is approaching or has already approached, an email message stating this will be sent in advance.
