How to view clients with sanction matches? #
In the PARTNERsafe platform left menu click “Sanctions matches”.
How to check a client in the sanctions list? #
- In the PARTNERsafe platform left menu click “Client list”.
- Select section “Current clients”.
- Click the “edit” icon in the client table column “Actions” on the necessary client row.
- Select section “Related persons”.
Where to find detailed information about current sanctions matches? #
- In the PARTNERsafe platform left menu click “Sanctions matches”.
- Click on the purple “eye” icon to view basic information on sanction matches. On the other hand, it is possible to study the match in detail by clicking on the “info” icon in the “Actions” column of the sanction match table opposite the match you want to study.

- Select section “Excluded sanctions matches”. This section shows sanction matches that were previously relevant but are currently being excluded from checks.
How to ignore a sanction match? #
- In the PARTNERsafe platform left menu click “Sanctions matches”.
- Click the “bell” icon in the sanction match table column “Actions” on the necessary sanction match. This sanction match will be marked as manually ignored.
How to ignore all sanction matches? #
- In the PARTNERsafe platform left menu click “Sanctions matches”.
- Click “Ignore all matches”.
How to restore all sanction matches’ monitoring? #
- In the PARTNERsafe platform left menu click “Sanctions matches”.
- Click “Monitor all matches”.
How to add a person to sanction monitoring? #
- In the PARTNERsafe platform left menu click “Client list”.
- Select section “Current clients”.
- Click the “edit” icon in the client table column “Actions” on the necessary client row.
- Select section “Related persons”.
- Click “Add person”.
- In the popup enter the person name/title, identity reference and type of person.
- Select the option “Check in the business register” if the person needs to be checked in the business registers.
- Click “Create”.
Where to find sanctions list versions? #
- In the PARTNERsafe platform left menu click “Sanctions matches”.
- Click the “eye” icon in the result log table column “Actions” on the necessary result log.
- The information about each sanctions list’s version, date and total number of sanctions matches is consolidated here.
How to view all sanctions matches? #
- In the PARTNERsafe platform left menu click “Sanctions matches”.
- All profile sanctions matches are consolidated here.
- To view sanctions matches for specific clients, in the dropdown “All” select a specific client.
- It is also possible to ignore/monitor all sanction matches, as well as export them.
How to copy, export or print sanction matches? #
- In the PARTNERsafe platform left menu click “Sanctions matches”.
- To copy, export or print the sanction matches of a specific client, select the desired client from the drop-down menu labeled “all”.
- In the “Sanction Matches” section, press one of the buttons: “Copy Data”, “Export CSV”, “Export Excel”, “Export PDF” or “Print”.
How to view all excluded sanctions matches (white-list)? #
- In the PARTNERsafe platform left menu click “Sanctions matches”.
- Check the box “White-list” to filter out all excluded sanctions matches.
- To view detailed information on any of the matches, press the ‘info’ or purple ‘eye’ icon in the ‘Actions’ column of the sanction match table opposite the match you wish to view.
- To view the found matches in detail, press the“edit” button opposite the desired match.
