Client document management in the PARTNERsafe platform.
How to upload a client document? #
- In the PARTNERsafe platform left menu click “Client list”.
- Select section “Current clients”.
- Click the “edit” icon in the client table column “Actions” on the necessary client row.
- Select section “Documents”.
- Click “Upload document”.
- In the popup enter the document title, description, expiration date and visibility to the client.
- Click “Choose file” and attach a file from the computer.
- Click “Create”.
How to download a client document? #
- In the PARTNERsafe platform left menu click “Client list”.
- Select section “Current clients”.
- Click the “edit” icon in the client table column “Actions” on the necessary client row.
- Select section “Documents”.
- Click the “download” icon in the document table column “Actions” on the necessary document row to download it.
How to edit a client document? #
- In the PARTNERsafe platform left menu click “Client list”.
- Select section “Current clients”.
- Click the “edit” icon in the client table column “Actions” on the necessary client row.
- Select section “Documents”.
- Click the “edit” icon in the document table column “Actions” on the necessary document row.
- In the popup enter new document information: title, description, expiration date and visibility to client.
- Click “Update document”.
How to delete a client document? #
- In the PARTNERsafe platform left menu click “Client list”.
- Select section “Current clients”.
- Click the “edit” icon in the client table column “Actions” on the necessary client row.
- Select section “Documents”.
- Click the “delete” icon in the document table column “Actions” on the necessary document row.
- In the popup click “Delete document”.
