Survey template management in the PARTNERsafe platform.

How to create a survey template? #

• In the PARTNERsafe platform left menu click “Survey templates”.
• Click “Create survey template”.
• In the popup enter the survey template type, name, related risk configuration, type of person and language and if the survey is mandatory for new customers.
• Click “Save”.

How to copy a survey template? #

• In the PARTNERsafe platform left menu click “Survey templates”.
• Click the “duplicate” icon in the survey templates table column “Actions” on the necessary template.
• In the popup click “Duplicate survey template”.

How to delete a survey template? #

• In the PARTNERsafe platform left menu click “Survey templates”.
• Click the “delete” icon in the survey templates table column “Actions” on the necessary template.
• In the popup click “Delete survey template”.
