Interactions with a client record in the PARTNERsafe.
How to edit a client profile? #
- In the PARTNERsafe platform left menu click “Client list”.
- Select section “Current clients”.
- Click the “edit” icon in the client table column “Actions” on the necessary client row.
- Select section “Basic information”.
- In the “Client profile“ section enter the new client information: title, registration number, reference number, address and contact email address. You can also select to check the client in the business register.
- Click “Save”.
How to refresh client data from the business register? #
- In the PARTNERsafe platform left menu click “Client list”.
- Select section “Current clients”.
- Click the “edit” icon in the client table column “Actions” on the necessary client row.
- Select section “Basic information”.
- In the “Client profile“ section click “Refresh data from the business register”.
How to edit client risk and status? #
- In the PARTNERsafe platform left menu click “Client list”.
- Select section “Current clients”.
- Click the “edit” icon in the client table column “Actions” on the necessary client row.
- Select section “Basic information”.
- In the “Client status” section field “Risk name” enter the risk’s name and in the field “Cooperation status” select the status of cooperation with the current client.
- Click “Save”.
How to add additional info to a client? #
- In the PARTNERsafe platform left menu click “Client list”.
- Select section “Current clients”.
- Click the “edit” icon in the client table column “Actions” on the necessary client row.
- Select section “Basic information”.
- In the “Additional info” section click “Create data field”.
- In the popup add specify the label and the type of the additional field.
- Click “Save”.
How to change the cooperation status of a client? #
- In the PARTNERsafe platform left menu click “Client list”.
- Select section “Current clients”.
- Click the “edit” icon in the client table column “Actions” on the necessary client row.
- Select section “Basic information”.
- In the “Cooperation status” section select the status of cooperation with the current client.
How to add a cooperation partner to a client? #
- In the PARTNERsafe platform left menu click “Client list”.
- Select section “Current clients”.
- Click the “edit” icon in the client table column “Actions” on the necessary client row.
- Select the section “Cooperation partners”.
- Select the section “Cooperation partners”.
- In the popup select a cooperation partner from the dropdown.
- Click “Save”.
The same information will also be visible to the client which was added as a cooperation partner.
Where to find the cooperation partners of a client? #
- In the PARTNERsafe platform left menu click “Client list”.
- Select section “Current clients”.
- Click the “edit” icon in the client table column “Actions” on the necessary client row.
- Select the section “Cooperation partners”.
- To view more details about specific cooperation partners, click the “edit” icon in the cooperation partners table column “Actions” on the necessary partner row.
How to remove a cooperation partner from a client? #
- In the PARTNERsafe platform left menu click “Client list”.
- Select section “Current clients”.
- Click the “edit” icon in the client table column “Actions” on the necessary client row.
- Select the section “Cooperation partners”.
- Click the “delete” icon in the cooperation partners table column “Actions” on the necessary partner row.
- In the popup click “Remove cooperation partner”.
How to set the predetermined client risk and status? #
- In the PARTNERsafe platform left menu click “Client list”.
- Select section “Current clients”.
- Click the “edit” icon in the client table column “Actions” on the necessary client row.
- Select section “Basic information”.
- In the “Initial settings” section enter the risk level, comment, creation and modification date.
- Click “Save”.
