User account management within PARTNERsafe platform.

How to edit the user account information? #

Only users who have registered with an email address can edit their account information.

  • In the PARTNERsafe platform top right corner click on the dropdown menu with the profile username.
  • Select the option “Account”.
  • In the “Profile information” section enter the new information: name and email address.
  • Click “Create”.

How to change a user’s phone number? #

The user can change their phone number. The user can request SMS verification code up to two times in an hour or three times in 24 hours.

  • In the PARTNERsafe platform top right corner click on the dropdown menu with the profile username.
  • Select the option “Account”.
  • In the “Profile information” select the desired code from the country phone code section.
  • In the “Profile information” section enter the new phone number.
  • Press “Receive code”. The code will be sent to the specified phone number.
  • Enter the verification code in the field provided.
  • Click “Save”.

By verifying a phone number, you agree to receive automated SMS notifications. If you want to manage notifications, please see the question “How to enable/disable monitoring notification sending to email, sms or In-app?”.

How to change the password? #

Only users who have registered with an email address can change their password.

  • In the PARTNERsafe platform top right corner click on the dropdown menu with the profile username.
  • Select the option “Account”.
  • In the “Password renewal” section enter the current password and the new password twice.
  • Click “Create”.

How to delete the account? #

  • In the PARTNERsafe platform top right corner click on the dropdown menu with the profile username.
  • Select the option “Account”.
  • In the “Delete account” section click “Delete account”.
  • In the popup confirm the deletion by entering the password and click “Delete account”.

Where to find the user action history? #

  • In the PARTNERsafe platform top right corner click on the dropdown menu with the profile username.
  • Select the option “Account”.
  • Scroll to the bottom of the user account page where you can find a table with user activity logs and history.

How to log out? #

  • In the PARTNERsafe platform top right corner click on the dropdown menu with the profile username.
  • Select the option “Log out”.

How to create a new API token? #

API tokens are only visible to the user who created them.

  • In the PARTNERsafe platform top right corner click on the dropdown menu with the profile username.
  • Select the option “API tokens”.
  • In the “New API token” section enter the name and select its permissions (create, read, update, delete).
  • Click “Create”.
  • In the popup you will receive the API token key, used to make API requests. Please copy and save the new API token key. For security reasons, it will not be displayed again.

  • Select the option “API tokens”.
  • In the “API tokens” section click “Permissions” on the necessary token.
  • In the popup select the permissions of this API token (create, read, update, delete).
  • Click “Create”.

How to create a new monitoring webhook command? #

Webhooks allow you to send client monitoring notifications to third-party services.

  • In the PARTNERsafe platform top right corner click on the dropdown menu with the organization name.
  • Select the option “Monitoring webhooks”.
  • In the “New webhook” section enter the callback URL and select the events, which will trigger the webhook.
  • Click “Create”.

How to edit a monitoring webhook command? #

  • In the PARTNERsafe platform top right corner click on the dropdown menu with the organization name.
  • Select the option “Monitoring webhooks”.
  • In the “Monitoring webhooks” section click “Update” on the necessary webhook command and make changes in the popup.
  • To reveal the signing secret, click the “eye” icon on the signing secret field.
  • Click “Create”.

How to delete a monitoring webhook command? #

  • In the PARTNERsafe platform top right corner click on the dropdown menu with the organization name.
  • Select the option “Monitoring webhooks”.
  • In the “Monitoring webhooks” section click “Delete” on the necessary webhook command.
  • In the pop-up box, confirm the deletion of the webhook command by pressing the “Delete” button.
  • Click “Create”.
